Volltti Shipping Protection Policy & Claims
Last updated: September 1, 2026.
Volltti Shipping Protection is an optional service provided and administered directly by Volltti. It is not insurance. Coverage applies only when the service appears as a paid line item on the same order as the eligible merchandise.
What the service covers
- Loss in transit: the carrier confirms the package is lost, or the package has no delivery scan within 30 calendar days after fulfillment for U.S. orders or 45 calendar days for international orders.
- Theft after delivery: the carrier marks the package delivered but the customer cannot locate it after checking the delivery location, household members, neighbors, building staff, and the carrier.
- Transit damage: the product arrives materially damaged by shipping and cannot be used as intended.
How to submit a claim
Email volttiinfo@gmail.com with the order number, purchaser email, delivery address, a description of what happened, and the requested evidence. Theft and transit-damage claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the carrier delivery scan. Loss claims may be submitted after the applicable 30- or 45-day period, or earlier if the carrier confirms the loss.
For damage, include clear photos of the product, shipping box, shipping label, and internal packaging. For theft, Volltti may request a carrier case number, signed statement, identity confirmation, or police report when reasonably necessary to review the claim.
Resolution
For an approved claim, Volltti will provide, at its option, one replacement of the covered item or a refund of the covered item price. The maximum benefit is the merchandise amount paid for the protected order. The Shipping Protection fee, original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and indirect or consequential losses are not reimbursed. A claim can receive only one resolution.
What is not covered
- Orders that did not purchase Volltti Shipping Protection before checkout.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer, refused deliveries, failed delivery attempts, or packages returned to sender.
- Customs delays, seizures, import restrictions, carrier delays that do not meet the loss period, or events prohibited by law.
- Normal wear, manufacturing defects, buyer's remorse, cosmetic packaging damage, or product damage occurring after delivery.
- Fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, duplicate claims, or claims already reimbursed by a carrier, payment provider, marketplace, or other party.
Review and cooperation
The customer must respond to reasonable requests for information and cooperate with carrier inquiries. Volltti may deny a claim when required information is not provided, the eligibility requirements are not met, or the evidence reasonably indicates that an exclusion applies. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer law.
